The wine is crafted by two of the best. The winemaker is Celia Welch is one of the most sought after in Napa. Celia Welch who became extremely famous for making the legendary Scarecrow, rivals the likes of Screaming Eagle and Harlan. She has also made and makes wines for Staglin, Rocca, and her own spectacular Corra from Pritchard Hill. Ms. Welch is recognized as one of the greatest Napa Cabernet winemakers out there, a legend; she has made five 100pt Parker Napa Cabs. The vineyard manager is also a living legend, Jim Barbour, who manages the vineyards of the like of Hundred Acre, Revana and Celia Welch, also Grace Family, Blankiet, Pillar Rock, Revana, D.R. Stephens, Barnett, Pride, and Cain.
We have just received the superb Keever Estate Cabernet 2021, our price is strong and the 2021 vintage for Napa Cab is excellent. Received 97pts By Spectator and  95pts by Parker’s WA for the vintage. The wine is all satin and silk with a dense core of fruit concentration. The great 2021 is a blue chip hard core Cult Napa Cab and no it is not $500 a bottle. I love this style of this Cabernet, pure Cab that has incredible balance.  Keever is a tiny 6-acre property of rocky, hillside vineyards on the western slopes of Yountville, neighboring the likes of Dominus, Ghost Block and Rocca. Celia has her pick of the greatest properties in Napa to work with. Only 485 cases are made. Celia makes it and Jim looks after it. The pinnacle of Napa Cab. Our price is excellent!
