2017 Jean et Sebastien Dauvissat Chablis Les Sechets Premier Cru I very much like the freshness of the citrus and green apple-scented nose that displays background notes of algae and oyster shell. The mouth feel of the medium-bodied flavors is at once caressing yet reasonably precise with good punch and minerality that carries over to the clean, dry and lemon-inflected finish. This is really quite good and a wine that should reward mid-term cellaring. BH
