Totally over delivers for the price. This Cabernet absolutely blew me away when I tasted it. I have been negotiating to get the price down and I finally Have. I have been doing this for thirty years and Napa Cab does not get better at this price. The wine comes from the great 2023 vintage which is going down as one of the greatest vintages ever in Napa. It is being called a ‘vintage of a lifetime’. Decanter magazine, ‘2023 was as perfect as any Napa vintage in living memory.‘ I am excited to tell you that I have been able to the price down to $26.99 per bottle which is the best price I was able to found out there for the wine. Band of Vintners was formed buy seven very talented friends in the wine industry. The group is led by winemaker Dan Petrosky previously of Larkmead.  Also involved in the Band are two dynamic young winemakers, Evyn Cameron and Britt Richards, along with Master Sommelier Desmond ‘Des’ Echavarrie. Richards worked at Chappellet, Jordan, Keller Estate, and Peter Michael before launching her own consulting business, where she has most recently partnered with Echavarrie at Alta Nova Cellars to craft an outstanding Cabernet Sauvignon, as well as the wines for Band of Vintners. They are committed to providing great Napa Cab that is accessible to everyone and share their wines with the world. The 2023 Band of Vintners Napa Cabernet is astounding for the money, again the best Cab I have tasted this at this price in the last 12 months.  Napa Cab lovers do not miss this wine.
