Cherry jam, soy, umami and light spice. This captures a lot of the opulence of Amarone while staying on its toes. Long, grainy finish with a medicinal note that integrates well with the rest of the flavor profile. Elegant, smooth, very rich in flavors and equally aromatic. Cherry, Plum, Vanilla.
