Grown on the sun-drenched slopes of Ischia’s volcanic soils. Vinified in stainless steel with cool fermentation and aged in bottle, it’s straw yellow in the glass with a vinous, delicately floral nose. On the palate, it’s dry, crisp, and lightly textured, with the kind of clean minerality that begs for crustaceans, shrimp pilaf, or anything just pulled from the sea.
