Phillippe Pascal after decades of as an executive at LVMH, working as CEO at the Moet Hennessy Group, decided to make Burgundy. In 2004 he purchased Cellier aux Moines, revitalized the operation and hired Marko Guillaume, whose resume includes stints at Arnoux-Lachaux and Domaine de la Romanée Conti, who’s wines sell for $1000 and up.
