Emblem is brought to us by Michael Mondavi, son of Napa Valley legend Robert Mondavi and a big reason for the quality is the Mondavi family’s knowledge of where the great are to be found at a reasonable price combined with their long time relationships they have with vineyard owners. Wines are made by Rob Mondavi Jr, son of Michael and Isabel Mondavi, Rob was raised in the Stag’s Leap district of Napa Valley and spent much of his childhood among the vines and barrels at Robert Mondavi Winery. The Mondavi family name is synonymous with quality winemaking. Emblem wines represent the continuation of this legacy through single varietal expressions, created in a modern, accessible style for enjoyment by all generations of wine drinkers.

Brilliant ruby red color in the glass, with hints of purple. Concentrated, enticing aromas of plum and blackberry. On the palate, the wine is firm and layered, with flavors of deep red fruit, cassis, huckleberry and plum with notes toffee on the finish.
