92Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate: The white-golden colored NV Extra Brut Reserve, disgorged after 36 months with a dosage of two grams per liter in July 2021, offers a clear, deep, fresh and intense, well-concentrated, quite complex and mineral-defined bouquet of white, ripe fruits, cherries and chocolate intertwined with brioche aromas and flinty tones. On the palate, this is a rich and mouth-filling, very generous but precise and structured blend of colored grapes. The wine is full-bodied, intense and complex, and with this well-dosed richness, no gram of dosage will be missed. The finish reveals refreshing lemon aromas and otherwise rather red-wine notes such as cherries and black berries. In any case, this Extra Brut is utterly fresh and exciting.”
