A remarkable expression of Chile’s renowned Los Lingues terroir, Siegel Mediterránea Los Lingues Single Block 21 – 2022 is a premium single-block wine crafted to showcase exceptional vineyard character, precision, and complexity. Produced from carefully selected grapes grown in a unique parcel, this distinguished vintage reflects the harmony between Mediterranean-inspired winemaking and the outstanding conditions of the Andes foothills, resulting in a wine of elegance, depth, and remarkable individuality.
Deep ruby red in color with brilliant violet reflections, it opens with captivating aromas of ripe blackberry, black cherry, plum, and wild berries, beautifully layered with notes of Mediterranean herbs, violet, cedar, dark chocolate, and subtle sweet spices. On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied with a velvety texture, revealing concentrated flavors of black fruits, cassis, cocoa, and hints of espresso. Fine-grained tannins and balanced acidity provide excellent structure, while careful oak maturation adds sophistication and complexity without overshadowing the purity of the fruit.
The finish is long, smooth, and elegantly persistent, leaving lingering notes of dark berries, warm spice, cocoa, and refined oak that reflect the exceptional quality of this single-block vineyard selection.
Food Pairing: Pairs beautifully with grilled lamb, premium steaks, slow-cooked beef, roasted game meats, aged cheeses, and Mediterranean-inspired cuisine.
Serving Suggestion: Best served at 16–18°C. Decant for 30–45 minutes before serving to fully reveal its expressive aromas, layered complexity, and silky texture.
