A distinguished expression of Chile’s renowned Los Lingues Valley, Siegel Single Vineyard Los Lingues Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 is crafted from meticulously selected grapes grown in a single vineyard at the foothills of the Andes. This premium vintage beautifully captures the region’s unique terroir, combining exceptional fruit concentration, refined structure, and remarkable elegance to create a Cabernet Sauvignon of outstanding character and aging potential.
Deep garnet red in color with brilliant ruby hues, it opens with captivating aromas of blackcurrant, cassis, ripe blackberry, and dark cherry, gracefully layered with notes of cedar, tobacco leaf, dark chocolate, graphite, mint, and subtle vanilla from careful oak maturation. On the palate, it is full-bodied and beautifully structured, revealing concentrated flavors of black fruits, plum, cocoa, espresso, and sweet baking spices. Fine-grained tannins and vibrant acidity provide exceptional balance, while the well-integrated oak enhances complexity without overshadowing the wine’s pure fruit expression.
The finish is long, refined, and elegantly persistent, leaving lingering notes of cassis, dark chocolate, cedar, warm spice, and delicate mineral nuances that reflect the distinctive character of the Los Lingues vineyard.
Food Pairing: Pairs exceptionally well with grilled ribeye, roasted lamb, beef tenderloin, slow-braised short ribs, venison, aged hard cheeses, and gourmet barbecue dishes.
Serving Suggestion: Best served at 16–18°C. Decant for 45–60 minutes before serving to fully reveal its expressive aromas, layered complexity, and refined structure.
