An exceptional expression of Chile’s flagship grape, Siegel Single Vineyard Los Lingues Carménère 2019 is crafted from carefully selected vines nestled in the prestigious Los Lingues Valley at the foothills of the Andes. This premium single-vineyard wine beautifully showcases the region’s unique terroir, delivering remarkable depth, refined structure, and the rich, velvety character that has made Chilean Carménère renowned around the world.
Deep ruby red in color with vibrant violet hues, it opens with captivating aromas of ripe blackberry, black plum, and dark cherry, elegantly layered with notes of roasted red pepper, black pepper, cocoa, cedar, tobacco leaf, and subtle hints of vanilla and sweet spice. On the palate, it is full-bodied with a luxurious, velvety texture, revealing concentrated flavors of black fruits, cassis, dark chocolate, espresso, and savory herbs. Silky tannins and balanced acidity provide excellent structure, while careful oak maturation adds complexity and finesse, creating a harmonious and beautifully rounded wine.
The finish is long, smooth, and elegantly persistent, leaving lingering notes of ripe dark berries, mocha, warm spices, roasted herbs, and refined oak that deliver a sophisticated and memorable tasting experience.
Food Pairing: Pairs exceptionally well with grilled lamb, slow-roasted beef, barbecue ribs, venison, mushroom risotto, mature cheeses, and Mediterranean-inspired cuisine.
Serving Suggestion: Best served at 16–18°C. Decant for 30–45 minutes before serving to fully reveal its expressive aromas, layered complexity, and velvety texture.
