Justin Willet started out at Arcadian Winery, a native of Santa Barabara, he has developed into possibly the most knowledgable person on the greatest of the greatest spots of land in Santa Barabara that make world class Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. He is incredibly intuitive, while working at Arcadia, he developed a strong relationship with the caretaker of some the area’s best sites. His knowledge is so intense that he can speak about specific vines that he makes wine from. From the sites he makes wine he is completely hands on with working with his crew throughout the whole process. He keeps himself at the top of his game consulting for some of his old friends in the area plus he consults for some of finest in France: Etienne Montille of Domaine de Montille and Rudolph Peters of Champagne Pierre Peters.
