The effervescence is fine and persistent creating a beautiful mousse on the surface. The robe has an intense raspberry color slightly tiled. Our Rose has a nose of red berries and crushed strawberry. After aeration the nose reveals greedier notes evoking pastries and vanilla aromas. In a suave and greedy structure the mouth is full and bodied as aromas persist to give a very long finish.
