2019 Vina San Pedro 1865 Selected Vineyards Carmenere Valle del Maule Herbal aromas of green tobacco black fruits and coffee grounds which require some understanding of Carmenere to fully appreciate. A chunky saturated palate which is thick but balanced by tartaric acidity. Herbal minty blackberry flavors are woody and show a hint of graphite while coffee carob and burnt toast flavors blend with green notes on the finish.
