2022 Quivira Winery Fig Tree Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc 750ML 
Aromas of freshly cut nectarine lemongrass and broken quartz with notes of firm white peach with subtle yet prevalent elements of French oak. The palate is vibrant—nearly electric—up front providing glimpses of Kaffir and Key lime with aspects of roasted Meyer lemon. The mid‐body of the wine continues to develop with citrus and restrained stone fruit character. On the finish the wine reveals the minerality and broken quartz aspects demonstrating the true elegance of the wine.
