2019 Domaine Odoul-Coquard Morey-Saint-Denis Aux Cheseaux

2019 is one of the all-time great vintages for red Burgundy. I have a tiny amount of two wines. I discovered Domaine Odoul Coquard on my travels to Burgundy. This tiny estate focuses on some the finest and best-value red wine coming out of the Côte de Nuits. The wines are made by Sébastian Odoul, the third generation to make wines at this tiny family Domaine. These were part of the great portfolio of Chateau and Estates, the finest portfolio ever assembled. Wine-searcher’s News and Features Section, the highly respected Burgundy specialist, Bill Nanson, wrote a blog article on the 10 Best Unsung Burgundy Producers and his number three pick is Domaine Odoul-Coquard.
