White Wine from Trentino-Alto Adige, Italy
Our Pinot Blanc is created in our winery in Girlan/Eppan. The vines planted here around 1958-1962 produce particularly small grapes in various various varieties and colours. In the partial shade of Pergl develops an elegant, complex fruit, which bears the origin of this special situation. The deep-rooted vines do not need artificial irrigation and transport a variety of mineral flavour components that make our wine unique.
We feel particularly connected to this vineyard because the grandfather Johann and father Karl Abraham have already brought their knowledge and passion here. We try to respectfully develop and reinterpret this heritage, also by self-selecting plantings from the old vines. If we maintain and maintain this individual situation in the best possible way, an expressive, characterful and independent terroir wine is created here.
Bright silver with straw yellow. Inviting nose, fragrant, subtle wood, ripe pear, plus some wet stone, a subtle hint of quince and meadow herbs rounds off the bouquet. Great palate with creamy course, pronounced yellow fruit, plus great integrated acidity, fresh and juicy, lingers long, pure.
