2021 Domaine de la Solitude Chateauneuf-du-Pape Rouge After a selection of the best bunches by hand on a sorting table the grapes are crushed and destemmed and fall by gravity in our concrete tanks.
Some long maceration with gentle extractions allow to obtain these tannins that are powerful and velvetine as the same time that is characteristics of our wines.
Approximately 25 % of the wine is aged in barrels and demi-muids for 14 months
