91pts Burghound
En Remilly has similar soils to Montrachet and Chevalier-Montrachet (just a stone’s throw east) with a pebbly, calcareous topsoil that drains water easily and freely. This encourages deep root growth into the limestone as vines search for water, ultimately resulting in minerally, flinty characters.
This is also expressive though with more ripe citrus and white flower influences. There is equally good richness to the opulent and highly seductive flavors that also possess excellent concentration and dry extract before culminating in a lemony and sneaky long finish. *Burghound Outstanding!*
